What Are Keen Rewards?

Keen Rewards is our free loyalty program designed to make your readings even more rewarding. You earn points every time you have a paid reading or complete select activities. Then you can turn those points into Keen credit—essentially free funds to use toward your next reading.

And the fun doesn’t stop there: as you earn more points, you climb through our tier system, unlocking bigger benefits and more perks with each level.

Four Tiers: Discover → Awaken → Clarity → Transcend

Think of the Keen Rewards tiers like levels in your own personal VIP journey.

You’ll start in Discover, and with each paid reading, you collect points that move you up in tiers to Awaken, then Clarity, and ultimately Transcend, our highest and most exclusive tier.

Your progress is always visible in your Rewards dashboard, so you’ll know exactly how close you are to the next tier.

How You Level Up Tiers

Your tier increases as you earn tier points, which come from:

Paid calls
Paid chats
Staying active on Keen

Only points earned from paid conversations help you climb tiers, but every point you earn—paid or activity—can be redeemed for credit.

Keeping Your Tier

Awaken & Clarity: Once you reach these tiers, you’ll keep your status through December 31 of the following year.
Transcend: This tier works a little differently. Eligibility is checked daily, and we’ll talk about that below.

No matter what, we’ll always let you know if you’re getting close to dropping a tier.

Keen VIP: the Transcend Tier

Transcend is where Keen’s most dedicated users land—a VIP tier overflowing with elevated perks. To qualify, you’ll need 2,000 tier points within the past 91 days, and once you meet that requirement, you’ll automatically be upgraded. We evaluate eligibility daily, so you’re always up to date.

If your point total starts getting close to the threshold, we’ll send you a gentle heads-up so you have time to stay in the Transcend tier. A few extra readings—or trying a new Advisor—can make all the difference.

Bonus Activities

Some activities reward you with extra points instantly. You’ll typically earn just one bonus per reading, but you’ll always stack your per-dollar points on top.

When Do Your Points Unlock?

After a paid reading, your points appear as Pending for 30 days for Discover, Awaken, and Clarity tier members. Pending points still count toward leveling up—so even before they unlock, they’re helping you progress.

After 30 days, they become Approved and redeemable.

Here’s where Keen Rewards gets extra magical:

If you level up to a new tier, all pending points unlock immediately.
If you’re in Transcend, you skip the waiting period entirely—your points are instantly redeemable.

Bonus activity points typically show up within 24 hours.

Use Points for Free Readings

When you’re ready to treat yourself, just head to your Keen Rewards dashboard and redeem your points for Keen credit. The credit is applied automatically to your next reading, no extra steps needed.

A quick note: once redeemed, Keen credits expire in 30 days, so try to redeem an amount you know you’ll use soon.
