We want every conversation on our platform to meet your expectations. If it doesn't, we're committed to make it right for you.
If you had an issue with the platform, you may be eligible to receive a credit to your account, up to a limit of $25 in Keen dollars, which may be used on future conversations.
Please note that you're permitted to be reimbursed for one unsatisfactory experience every 30 days and only conversations that occur within the past 72 hours are eligible for reimbursement.
Satisfaction Guarantee credits are issued in Keen dollars and promotional funds may not be eligible for reimbursement.
