If your conversation didn’t meet your expectations, you may be eligible to receive a credit to your account, up to a limit of $25 in Keen dollars, which may be used on future conversations.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee is available once every 30 days, for conversations you’ve had in the past 72 hours. Credits are issued in Keen dollars and promotional funds may not be eligible for reimbursement.
