Keen Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: February 18, 2026
1. General Terms
By purchasing, accepting, or using a Keen Gift Card (“Gift Card”), you agree to these Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Gift Card Terms”) and all other applicable Keen policies and agreements, including the Keen User Agreement and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Keen User Agreement”).
Keen may modify these Terms at any time and continued use of a Gift Card and the Keen.com platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility Requirements
A valid Keen account is required to purchase and redeem a Gift Card. Gift Cards may only be redeemed by the account user to whom the Gift Card is applied to.
3. Purchase and Redemption
Gift Cards:
- Can only be purchased on Keen.com
- Can only be redeemed for services available on Keen.com
- Are not reloadable
- Are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, except as required by applicable law
- Are digital form only
4. Fees
There are no fees associated with the purchase or use of Gift Cards.
5. Currency
All Gift Card purchases and redemptions are denominated in U.S. dollars (USD).
6. Expiration
Gift Card funds do not expire earlier than five (5) years from the date of issuance, in accordance with the Federal CARD Act. Some states may provide additional rights regarding expiration, and where required by applicable law, state law will govern.
7. Fraud and Misuse
Keen reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or cancel any Gift Card funds or associated account if Keen reasonably believes the Gift Card was obtained, used, or applied in violation of these Gift Card Terms, the Keen User Agreement, or applicable law, or in connection with fraudulent or abusive activity.

9. State Law Rights
Certain state laws may provide additional consumer rights or protections related to Gift Cards, including restrictions on expiration dates or requirements for cash redemption of remaining balances. Keen will comply with all applicable state laws.
