Festive Fortune Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
This Festive Fortune sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of jurisdictions where participation is lawful, who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of participation, and who have an active account in good standing on Keen.com or the Keen app.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion will run for up to twelve (12) consecutive days, beginning on or around Dec 12 and ending no later than Dec 23. Each day during the Promotion Period constitutes a separate sweepstakes entry period (“Daily Entry Period”).
3. How to Enter
To be eligible for entry in a Daily Entry Period, a participant must complete at least one (1) session with an advisor through Keen.com or Keen app during that calendar day. Upon completion of each qualifying session, participants will automatically receive one (1) entry for that session for that day’s prize drawing. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win where prohibited by law.
4. Prizes and Approximate Value
Each Daily Entry Period will award one (1) prize consisting of Keen credits as follows:
· Daily Prize: $300 in Keen Marketing funds
Credits are valid only for use within Keen. Credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value outside of Keen and are not eligible for transfer to external sources.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted approximately one (1) day after each Daily Entry Period. Winners will be notified via email.
6. General Conditions
Ingeno and Keen.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may result in disqualification.
8. Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ingenio and Keen.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, or damage arising from participation or acceptance/use of any prize.
