How to get a Birth Horoscope + Natal Chart
To get an accurate birth chart, you will need to provide a few pieces of personal information, including your Name, Birth Date, Birth Time, Birthplace, and email address. If you do not already have a payment method on your account, you will be required to add one. Once you have filled out the form, review the Order Summary page to confirm your Form Details and Payment Details are correct, and then select “Buy Now.” Please note the payment method will be immediately charged, not your balance.
Your chart will take only a few minutes to generate. Once your chart is ready, select “View Report” to see your chart. A link to your report will also be emailed to your email address immediately after purchase.

How do I share my birth horoscope + natal chart with an Astrologer on Keen?
Visit our Astrology page to find the perfect Advisor for you. Once you’ve selected the Astrologer you’d like to connect with, use Keen Mail to send them the link to your report. From your Astrologer’s listing page, select the three dots in the right corner below their photo, and then select Send Mail. You’ll then be able to write a message with any specific questions you have, and also copy and paste the link to your report.
Can I still get a report if I don’t know my birth time?
Yes, you can use the closest estimated time or enter 12:00 PM.
I couldn’t purchase a report due to an issue with my payment method.
This means either your payment information is incorrect or we were unable to process payment. We suggest selecting “Edit Payment Method” to confirm your information is correct. If your information is correct, we suggest contacting your financial institution or Customer Support for more information.
Why was my payment method on file charged rather than my existing Keen balance?
Birth Horoscope + Natal Chart purchases are charged directly to your payment method, not from your existing Keen balance.
Where can I find my report?
You can find your report in your Transaction Details or by clicking the link sent to your email. You can access your report at any time.
