How do I block or unblock an advisor?

You are never obligated to block an advisor. However, if you would like to stop receiving mail messages from an advisor, you can do so by blocking them. Once you block an advisor, you are no longer able to place a call or chat with this advisor.

How do I block an advisor?

Please keep in mind that you cannot block an advisor from the Keen App. To block an advisor, access your Keen account from the regular website and then follow these steps:

1. Visit Mail
2. Select Preferences
3. Select “Block An Advisor”
4. Enter Advisor's User Name
5. Select “Block”

I changed my mind, how do I unblock an advisor?

To unblock an advisor, simply follow these steps:

1. Visit Mail
2. Select Preferences
3. Select “Block An Advisor”
4. Under “unblock user”, select the username
5. Select “Unblock”
