Details About Keen's Satisfaction Guarantee

What is the Satisfaction Guarantee policy?

Our Satisfaction Guarantee policy allows us to credit one unsatisfactory conversation every 30 days for up to $25.00. Please note that all requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the conversation. 

 

Why isn’t my conversation in the list of recent conversations?

Transactions older than 72 hours will not appear, as they are ineligible for a Satisfaction Guarantee credit.

 

Why did I only receive a $25 credit?

The Satisfaction Guarantee allows us to credit a maximum of $25.00.

 

Why did I not receive the full reading amount?

The $2.99 session fee per reading is non-refundable.

 

Can the Satisfaction Guarantee credit be refunded back to my form of payment?

Satisfaction Guarantee credits are issued in Keen dollars only.


Will the Satisfaction Guarantee credit expire?

No, the Satisfaction Guarantee credit will remain on your Keen account until it is used.

 

Why did I receive partial credit?

If your conversation used promotional funds or free minutes, then those funds are not eligible for a Satisfaction Guarantee credit.
If you requested a Satisfaction Guarantee but it was denied, it may be because:
  • The account has received a Satisfaction Guarantee in the last 30 days. For a list of your recent transactions, please visit Transaction Details
  • The conversation used free minutes or promotional funds
  • The conversation was older than 72 hours

 

Where can I request a Satisfaction Guarantee credit?

To request credit back for your reading, simply visit Satisfaction Guarantee and select "Request Satisfaction Guarantee Credit."
