📸 Uploading Photos to Your Listings
Your listing photo is one of the first things customers notice — it helps establish trust and makes your profile stand out. In the coming months, Keen is updating the Advisor Listing Page design, and new photo requirements will apply.
New Photo Technical Requirements
To display properly across Keen web and app experiences, all profile photos must meet these standards:
Aspect Ratio: 3:2
Orientation: Horizontal (landscape)
Dimensions: 2400 × 1600 pixels
Resolution: High-resolution (sharp and clear)
File Size: 1–5 MB recommended (maximum 50 MB)
File Types: JPG or PNG
Composition: Face centered and clearly visible
⚠️ If your existing photo does not meet the new requirements, it will not be displayed. Your listing will display the Keen logo until you upload a compliant photo.
How to Add or Update Your Photo
You can add or update your listing photo at any time.
Save your image directly to your computer or device. (Do not upload directly from cloud services like Google Drive or Dropbox — this can cause image errors.)
Log in to your Keen account.
From your Advisor Dashboard, go to My Listings → Details.
For new listings, click ➕ Create a Listing. For existing listings, click ✏️ Edit Listing.
Select Upload (to add a photo) or Change (to replace an existing photo).
Choose your new image and save your changes.
