Your listing is your opportunity to showcase your professional skills, spiritual insight, and unique energy. Each listing serves as your personal profile within a specific category, helping customers understand how you can help them.

Advisors can create one listing per category, allowing you to highlight your specialties across multiple topics.

To make your listing stand out and reach more customers, review each section carefully and follow the guidelines below.
All listings must comply with Keen’s User Agreement and content policies.

🪄 Listing Sections

📝 Listing Title

Make your first impression count. Choose a title that’s clear, creative, and professional.

  • Avoid using ALL CAPS.

  • Use keywords that describe your services.

  • Keep each word under 15 characters.

💡 Example: “Empathic Tarot Guidance” or “Clarity in Love Readings.”

💫 Listing Summary

Your elevator pitch. This appears on listing sort pages — keep it short, strong, and engaging.

  • Write 1–2 sentences (up to 250 characters).

  • Avoid HTML formatting.

  • Highlight your strengths and what makes your readings special.

Example: “Compassionate psychic helping you find clarity and confidence in love, life, and purpose.”

🔮 Specialties

Showcase your focus areas.
Select up to five specialties that best represent your expertise in the selected listing category. For example, if your listing is in Love & Relationships, no need to list Money & Prosperity as a specialty! 
Your specialties help customers find you through targeted searches.

💬 Communication Style

Set clear expectations for your tone and approach. Choose one:

  • Direct – Clear, straightforward insight 🗣️

  • Compassionate – Gentle and understanding 💖

  • Inspirational – Encouraging and uplifting 🌈

🧰 Skills & Methods

Highlight your unique techniques.
Add up to five skills or methods (e.g., Tarot, Astrology, Clairvoyance, Pendulum, Reiki).
These filters help customers connect with advisors who match their preferences.

🌍 Languages

Reach more people. 🌐
Select the languages you speak to help multilingual customers find you easily and connect comfortably.

📚 Background

Tell your story.
Share a brief, professional summary of your journey and expertise.

  • Use relevant keywords.

  • Keep it concise, clear, and authentic.

  • Focus on what you offer your clients.

  • End with a friendly call to action.

💫 Example: “With 10+ years of intuitive practice, I help clients find peace and direction through tarot and empathy.”

🌟 Approach to Topics

Describe your process.
Explain how you conduct readings, what tools you use, and what customers can expect.
Setting clear expectations builds trust and helps create meaningful connections.

🎥 Upload an Intro Video

Show your personality! Videos help customers connect with your energy and feel confident booking with you. 

Guidelines:

  • Length: 20–60 seconds

  • Format: Portrait mode

  • Review: All videos are reviewed before approval

📷 Upload a Personal Photo

A clear, friendly photo builds trust.
Your listing cannot be approved without a face-centered photo.

Main Photo Tips:

  • Clear, well-lit, and face-centered 🤳

  • Avoid group shots and filters

  • Position at the top of your listing

Additional Photos (optional):

  • Showcase your tools or workspace (tarot cards, crystals, candles 🕯️🔮💎)

  • Keep them professional and original

✍️ Polish Your Grammar

Professional writing builds confidence.
Think of your listing as your spiritual résumé.

Tips:

  • Check spelling and grammar ✔️

  • Use standard punctuation and capitalization

  • Avoid excessive symbols or all caps

  • Write full sentences (except for titles)

💡 Tools like Grammarly or Word can help polish your writing before submission.

🗂️ Select a Relevant Category

Match your listing to your expertise.

  • Choose the category that best reflects your services.

  • One listing per category, but multiple categories allowed.

  • Ensure each listing fits its topic.

⚠️ Keen may decline listings that are off-topic or not aligned with platform standards.

💰 Price Your Services

You’re in control.
Set a per-minute rate that reflects your expertise and value.

  • Rates typically range $3.99–$13.99+ per minute.

  • Applies to both calls and chats.

  • Adjust and test to find your best fit.

  3. Submit for review. Keep in mind that listings are reviewed in the order that we receive them. Once we've gotten a chance to review your listing, an email will be sent if we require edits to be made or if its live.
