Top Advisor Badge
The Top Advisor badge is Keen’s way of recognizing Advisors with a proven record of providing a great experience to both new and returning customers. When you qualify for the Top Advisor badge, we show customers the badge on your listing, so they know you go above and beyond for your customers.
The Top Advisor badge eligibility is reviewed on the 1st of every month based on your customer service stats over the past 3 months. You can track your account’s eligibility using the data from My Performance via your Advisor Dashboard. The metrics used to qualify for the Top Advisor badge are:
- Paid Transactions: >100
- New-to-Keen Customer Conversion: > 20%
- 28 Day Repeat Rate: >35%
AND/OR
- Keen may award the Top Advisor badge to advisors who rank within the top 12% of earnings.

Using the My Performance data from your Advisor Dashboard, you can track your daily progress across all the areas related to the Top Advisor badge as well as individual key performance metrics.
How to Track Your Progress Toward Becoming a Top Advisor
At the bottom of the My Performance data dashboard, you will see a section that highlights whether or not you have earned the current month’s badge and states if you are on track or off track towards earning the badge for the next month.
Top Advisor eligibility is reviewed on the 1st of every month and will look at the last 3 months of data prior to the review date. If you meet the criteria, it may take up to 24 hours for your badge to appear.
I earned a badge, how long will it display on my profile?
Every month, we evaluate Advisors for the Top Advisor badge on the first of each month, looking at the last 3 months of data prior to the review date. If you earn the badge, it will display until the end of the month until the next review date.
Why don’t I have a Top Advisor badge on my listing?
If you’ve confirmed that you’ve met the Top Advisor badge criteria, but you don’t have a badge on your listing, please contact us. In some cases, it’s possible your account doesn’t comply with the Top Advisor Terms and Conditions.
