Advisor Data Powered Dashboard
Advisors can now track their business performance with data provided on the Advisor Dashboard. Earnings, New and Repeat Customers, and Peak Hours across Keen from the last week now appear at the top of the Advisor Dashboard with a link to View Specific Stats details where data can be viewed over the last seven days, four weeks, three months, or a custom date range. Please note that all data is shown in the Pacific Time Zone.
The Stats At A Glance view provides an easy way to quickly check your performance in the last seven days. The Specific Stats page offers a more detailed view of the same statistics found in the Stats at a Glance widget. Advisors can filter their data for the past seven days, four weeks, three months, or apply a custom filter for a more tailored view. Simply hover over each data point in the graph to see the exact numbers.
Total Earnings
This section displays your combined revenue from Calls, Chats, and Paid Mail over the last seven days, four weeks, three months, or a custom date range. Please note that this amount may differ from your account balance, as your balance may also include promotional funds you've redeemed or funds you've manually added to your account.
New Customers
The number of existing Keen customers who've had their first connection with you over the last seven days, four weeks, three months, or a custom date range.
Repeat Customers
This is the cumulative number of customers who have returned for their second, third, fourth—or beyond—reading with you over the last seven days, 4 weeks, or 3 months.
Peak Hours
Keen's peak hours over the past week (PST) help identify the best times to be available for calls and chats. Darker boxes represent the busiest periods on Keen in the last week.
