Calculating Your Star Rating
Your star rating is calculated by the sum of the number of stars you have divided by the number of feedback, also known as ratings, that you have.
In order to keep feedback current and relevant for customers, ratings expire after one year. Feedback and ratings update daily to calculate your score, excluding any expired ratings. So if you receive many 5 stars one year ago today, those 5 stars will no longer count towards your ratings tomorrow as they will have become expired.
To calculate your star rating, simply follow these steps:
- Visit My Feedback page
- Select the listing you'd like to calculate your star rating for
- Select the tab labeled “Rating” to rank your ratings in the order of greatest to least stars to count how many 1-5 ratings you have
- Follow the calculation outlined below to calculate your star rating
