Advisor Badge Terms and Conditions

The Advisor Badge Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) describe the eligibility requirements, evaluation process, and ongoing obligations associated with Keen’s Advisor badge program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program or displaying the Advisor badge, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as all other applicable Keen policies and agreements, including but not limited to the Keen User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any operational or safety policies published by Keen (collectively, the “Keen User Agreement”).
Keen may modify, suspend, update, or terminate the Program and Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Purpose of the Program
The Advisor badge is designed to recognize Advisors on the Keen platform who consistently deliver excellent experiences to both new and returning customers.
The Top Advisor badge is a recognition program only and does not constitute a guarantee of future performance, positioning or revenue.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Advisor badge, an Advisor account must be in good standing at the time of each monthly review, meet all of the performance criteria below based on the preceding three (3) months of activity (“Evaluation Period”). Keen reserves the right to verify performance metrics and disqualify participation where fraudulent, manipulated, or inaccurate data is suspected.
2.1 Paid Transactions
The Advisor must have completed more than 100 paid transactions during the Evaluation Period.
2.2 New-to-Keen Customer Conversion
The Advisor must have a New-to-Keen Customer Conversion rate exceeding 25%.
2.3 28-Day Repeat Rate
The Advisor must maintain a 28-Day Repeat Rate above 35%.
Keen reserves the right to adjust these thresholds or their definitions at any time.
3. Review and Evaluation Process
3.1 Monthly Review Cycle
Eligibility for the Advisor badge is reviewed on the first (1st) day of every calendar month. All metrics are evaluated based on data from the previous three (3) full months prior to the review date. Keen may require up to twenty-four (24) hours following the evaluation to display the badge.
3.2 Badge Duration
If awarded, the Advisor badge will remain active on the Advisor’s listing from the time of granting until the next monthly review. Badge visibility will be removed automatically if the Advisor no longer meets Program criteria in any subsequent Evaluation Period.
3.3 Ongoing Obligations
To retain the badge, the Advisors account must remain in good standing, and must continue to meet all eligibility thresholds on a monthly basis. Keen may revoke the badge at any time if an Advisor violates any Keen Policies or engages in activity deemed harmful, misleading, unsafe, deceptive, or damaging to customer trust, the Program or platform integrity.
4. Account Standing and Compliance Requirements
Meeting the performance metrics alone does not guarantee the award or retention of the Top Advisor badge. To participate in the Program, Advisors must also:
- Maintain an account in good standing compliant to all of Keen’s policies mentioned within the Keen User Agreement
- Avoid any behavior that could compromise customer safety, trust, or the integrity of Keen’s platform including but not limited to, failure to provide services or declined conversations, intentional conversation disconnects, or other complaints of poor customer service.
- Refrain from attempts to artificially manipulate performance metrics (including but not limited to incentivizing repeat sessions, creating false accounts, or coordinating fraudulent transactions).
Keen may withhold or remove a badge if an Advisor is the subject of investigation or review for policy compliance concerns.
5. Program Modifications and Termination
Keen may, at its sole discretion:
- Modify eligibility criteria or metric thresholds,
- Change the evaluation process or schedule,
- Alter badge design or placement,
- Suspend, limit, or discontinue the Program entirely.
Advisors will be notified of material changes through updated Terms or other communication methods deemed appropriate by Keen.
6. No Guarantees or Warranties
Participation in the Program and receipt of an Advisor badge:
- Does not guarantee increased visibility, customer volume, revenue, future performance, positioning, or platform benefits.
- Does not create any form of employment contact, partnership, or agency relationship with Keen.
