You can find or update your 4 digit PIN number or phone number by visiting the Personal Information page.

You can also change your active phone number over the phone by calling 1-800-ASK-KEEN from a phone number associated with your account and selecting option 4.

Why is my 4 digit PIN not working?

Please be sure you check the phone number you are calling from. It must match the phone number on your account.

Where can I find an advisor's extension?

On each advisor's page, the advisor's extension will be listed under the 800 number.

How can I recharge during a call?

Once your available balance has been used, your call will be paused, and our automated system will ask if you would like to continue the call. Press 1 to continue the call uninterrupted and immediately reconnect to your advisor or press 2 to add funds once. Listen to the prompts to add preset amounts or a custom amount before reconnecting to your call.
