How can I reopen my account?
If you previously requested to close your Keen account, you may be able to reopen your account by logging in to your account.
To reopen your account:
- Visit the Sign In page
- Enter your username and password.
- Select Sign In.
If you are able to log in successfully, your account will be reopened.
If you have trouble logging in, please contact our Customer Service team visiting our Customer Support form. Please select "Account Management" and then "Reopen account". Provide your name, email address, and a brief description of the issue. A member of our Customer Service team will respond as soon as we can.
