The Keen Marketing team is constantly evolving the strategy for each type of advertising channel to ensure it’s timely and efficient for business growth. In this article, we’ll share more about Keen’s efforts to attract new customers to join our marketplace. 

Organic Search (SEO)

Some customers find us organically by using search engines like Google to search for keywords that are relevant for Keen such as “online psychic readings.” The Marketing team collaborates with Product and Engineering teams to optimize our website so Keen is at the top (or close to the top) of search results which helps customers easily find Keen. Google frequently changes the algorithms for organic search rankings, which means SEO is an ongoing effort to ensure Google likes our website, content, and code base to rank us at the top of the search results. Examples of SEO efforts are: improving Keen page loading speed and removing duplicate content across the site.

Search Engine Marketing, or Paid Search, is a form of paid advertising where Keen places bids on search terms or words so our ads will be displayed at the top of a search results page that are relevant to Keen offerings.
