Utilize your social networks
We make it easy for you to promote your Keen listings on your social channels or your personal website. Like any other small business starting out, people in your existing networks may be your best first customers. Even as your business matures, it doesn't hurt to reengage your audience on social from time to time. Keep in mind, many advisors create separate accounts on social media sites for their personal and business use. A separate business account is an easy way to help protect your privacy.
Every advisor has their own unique URL (web address) that you can share wherever you like. To find your Personal URL, visit your My Keen page, and locate your Personal URL under the "Advisor Info" section. Simply copy the URL and paste it into any browser to quickly locate your most popular listing over the past 12 months. Please note that the chosen listing cannot be manually selected or changed.
Your Call/Chat Buttons link directly to your listings on Keen and are an efficient way for your followers to connect with you on Keen. By adding Call and Chat buttons to your personal marketing channels, customers can see when you are available or not without leaving your website. From there, a customer can click to be redirected to either begin a call/chat or arrange future calls with you via Mail if you're currently unavailable. Place these buttons on your website, blog, or include them in emails you send to your subscribers.

Direct Phone Extension
You may decide to share your direct phone extension with your network. Like your personal URL, each of your listings has a unique extension number. Customers can call 1-800-ASK-KEEN, then enter your listing's extension to connect with you. You can find each extension at the top of your individual listing pages.
Follow Keen's social channels to see what content we are posting to engage our audience and bring new customers to Keen. At times, Keen may run social promotions or contests that your followers may want to participate in. Sharing our content, along with your personal url, is a great way to utilize the content our team creates to bring business to your Keen page. Keen is currently on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
