I'm new to Keen. What are the introductory offers?

If you are a new customer to Keen, a new customer promotion will be applied to your account upon registration.

Keen reserves the right to offer, from time to time and subject to change at any time, promotions or special offers, and may limit eligibility for promotional or special offers.

How am I billed after my time is up?

If you continue your reading, you are billed at the Advisor's rate per minute after the promotional minutes are used.

What happens to my minutes if I don't use them all on one reading?

Not to worry! Any unused minutes will stay on your Keen account. The remaining minutes will apply to your next eligible reading.

Can I redeem this promotion again?

Each customer is eligible to redeem only one introductory promotion. The good news is that Keen frequently sends out great promotions by email for our existing customers if you are opted in to receive promotions within your Personal Information.

What should I do if I am unsatisfied with my first reading?

We are truly sorry to hear that your first experience didn’t meet your expectations. That’s not the experience we want for anyone, and we’d really love the chance to make things right. Once promotional minutes are used, they cannot be reinstated. However, you may request a Satisfaction Guarantee credit for the reading and use the credit on your next reading with Keen. Please keep in mind that your talk time depends on the advisor's rate per minute.
