*Please note, Keen prohibits the use of payment methods classified as business, corporate or commercial. You can only use payment methods issued in your name authorized for personal use.

How do I add a credit card or PayPal account?

Visit Payment Information, and select "Add a new payment method".

How can I manage my payment information?

Visit Payment Information, and select "Update my payment methods".

How do I add money to my account?

You can add funds online, on the app, or over the phone. Please note that the minimum amount to add is $20.

Online:

Click Add Funds, on your home page, input the amount you want to add and pick a payment method.

Over the phone:

  1. Call 1-800-ASK-KEEN (1-800-275-5336)
  2. Select option 4 to hear your current balance
  3. At the prompt, select option 1 to add additional funds

How will charges appear on my bank statement?

Credit card charges will appear on your statement as billed by "INGENIO KEEN.COM"
Paypal charges will appear on your statement as billed by "Keen"
