What are SMS alerts for?You can receive updates via SMS text message for your arranged call or chat queue position, as well as alerts when you receive a new Ping message.
How do I add a phone number?Visit Personal Information, then select Phone numbers and Time Zones. Add your new phone number in the applicable box.
How do I add an international phone number?Visit Personal Information, then select International Phone Numbers link below the phone number fields to change the format.
How do I change my primary phone number?Visit Personal Information, then select Phone numbers and Time Zones. Add a new phone number or select an already existing number, click the circle to make it your primary number.
Why it is not accepting my new phone number?
- Your phone number is a non-traceable or non-fixed VOIP phone number, which is generated by services like Google, Skype or certain apps. Keen does not allow customers to use such numbers.
- These are the list of countries we currently support.
- Your phone number may already be in use on Keen. This may happen if your number is a recycled number.
How do I select my time zone?Visit Personal Information, then select Phone numbers and Time Zones. Choose your preferred time zone from dropdown menu. Be sure to check the box next to Adjust for Daylight Savings changes if you are in an area that participates in Daylight Savings time.
