What are Keen's New Customer Promotional Offers?
Keen provides all new customers who create an account on Keen with special offers to try our services at a discounted rate. Advisors can opt-in to take new customer promotional sessions to increase their business and flow of new customers.
Advisors who participate in this program will earn at least $1.00 per minute on conversations with customers using a new promotional offer ($1.99 less platform fee and commissions). This rate is only applicable to customers who reside in the United States.
Advisors who opt-in to provide promotional readings not only speak with more first-time customers on Keen, but increase their visibility by being featured to potential new customers browsing before they create an account. The Keen Promotional Offers program:
- Promotes Advisors to new customers on our website and mobile app.
- Puts you, the Advisor, in control of when or whether you want to participate.
- Provides great flexibility in creating new and interesting offers to engage customers.
For an account to be eligible for new customer offers, Keen requires that customers add a valid payment method that has never been used on Keen. This ensures only qualified customers who can pay are able to speak with you.
How do I opt-in?
By checking the "Keen New Customer Promotional Offers" box on My Keen, your listings will be displayed as part of special promotions to attract new customers. Opting in means all of your listings will be eligible for Keen promotional offers.
What kind of offers will be promoted?
Our main offers are 3 Free Minutes, 10 Minutes for $1.99, or 5 minutes for $1.00. We will also test a variety of offers to understand what drives high-quality customer conversion. To see what promotion a customer connecting with you is using, view the call/chat monitor under ‘Customer Offer’. Additional offers may include (but are not limited to):
- 5 free minutes
- 10 minutes for $5.00
- 15 minutes for $10.00
- 25 minutes for $15.00
- Add $10, Get $30
- Refer and Earn
Some Advisors may also get the opportunity to get customers from our sister sites like astrology.com where they offer their premium subscribers a 30-minute free reading with our Astrology Advisors who are opted into taking introductory readings. Astrology.com also gives their subscribers a 3 free minute promotion with our Advisors too!
A few customers may come in from Keen's Refer and Earn program where these new customers were referred to Keen by someone they know.
How do I know how much I’ll earn on these conversations?
Advisors will earn at least $1.00 per minute for promotional conversations ($1.99 less platform fee and commissions) for all customers who reside in the United States. International platform fees vary by country, and there may be some cases when your conversation details may show that you earned less than $1.00 per minute on a 3 free minute conversation from an international customer (or if you are located outside of the United States). An Advisor who is not living in the United States will be responsible for the platform fee that may occur when taking 3 free minute conversations.
In certain cases, Customer Support will issue credits to Advisors to make up the difference between the $1.00/min. rate and the earnings calculated by the system if the customer is located outside of the United States and the Advisor notifies us within 7 days of the transaction. Advisors are not eligible for credit on platform fees that they incur when having conversations on an international number.
To request a credit, please contact Customer Support and include the following information located on the Transaction Details page for the particular conversation.
- User Name of the Caller
- Date and time the conversation started
- Billable Call Length
- Your total earnings for the conversation
