When a customer is being connected to you, Keen will place an incoming call to your phone.
To make sure you don’t miss important calls, it’s helpful to know which numbers you may see on your caller ID.

When our system first attempts to connect you with a customer, the call will come from:

🔁 Why You May See Alternate Numbers

If the first call goes unanswered, our system will automatically try again up to two additional times.

These follow-up attempts may come from a different Keen number. This helps ensure the connection still goes through if:

• Your phone carrier blocks unknown toll-free calls

• Caller ID isn’t recognized

• Spam filters silence the first attempt
