How can I request a refund?
Our Customer Service team is always happy to issue you a refund for any unspent funds you have deposited into your Keen account. To receive a refund of your unspent balance, simply contact us.
Please note that once funds have been used towards a reading, the advisor is immediately credited so we’re unable to issue a refund back to the original form of payment. However, you can quickly and easily request a Satisfaction Guarantee credit for unsatisfactory experiences on our platform.
Satisfaction Guarantee credits are issued in the form of Keen Dollars, which may be used on future conversations but cannot be issued back to your payment method. Conversations that occur within the past 72 hours are eligible for reimbursement credit and you're permitted to be reimbursed for one unsatisfactory experience every 30 days, up to a limit of $25.
