Psychic Party on Keen

Hosting a Psychic Party on Keen is our newest offering to make your next gathering unforgettable. Held over video, our Psychic Parties provide a unique one-hour experience to your in-person party that gives up to 10 guests the opportunity to ask questions, get insights, and interact with an experienced Psychic.

Unlike pay-per-minute readings on Keen, Psychic Parties have a flat rate (set by the Advisor) for a one-hour session. Please note, Psychic Parties are currently only available for in-person gatherings where the guests are all in-person; only one device will be able to connect to the video call.

How to book your Psychic Party

1. Visit our Psychic Party page to view our Advisors and select "Book Party" for the one you'd like to book with

2. Select the date and time you'd like to book from the Advisor's availability calendar, then select "Next"

3. Fill out the pre-session form to give your Advisor more information about your gathering, including how many guests will participate in the session (up to 10, including yourself)

4. Confirm your payment details, check the box to agree to our terms, and select "Request Appointment"

After requesting your booking, you will be notified when your chosen Advisor confirms it. Once your Psychic Party is confirmed, you can also enter your guests' email addresses to notify them about the date and time of the party! If you'd like to communicate with your Advisor ahead of your gathering, you can always use Keen Mail to contact them with questions, requests, or additional information about your gathering.

Your payment method will not be charged until the date and time of your appointment. 

Canceling or rescheduling an appointment 

You can cancel or reschedule your Psychic Party on the Arranged Conversations page. You have up to 2 hours before your scheduled Psychic Party time to cancel your booking for no charge. If you need to reschedule your Psychic Party, you must wait for your Advisor to approve your new booking date and time.

Joining your appointment

Please join your Psychic Party from the Arranged Conversations page by clicking “Join Video Call.” You and your Advisor each have 5 minutes from the start time of your appointment to join the video call. If you join early and your Advisor has not yet joined, please stay on the tab of your video call until your Advisor joins, or until 5 minutes after your scheduled start time. Navigating away from this page will end your video call and you will be unable to reconnect. If your Advisor does not join your video call within 5 minutes of the start time, the video call will automatically end and you will not be charged. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have party guests join from multiple locations?

No, Psychic Party is currently only available for in-person gatherings with all the guests in a shared location. Only one device will be able to log into the video call. If your guests will be cycling through a shared space to speak with the Advisor (for example, a private booth), we recommend setting up a single device in that location for all guests to use.

Can more than 10 guests join?

To give our Advisors adequate time to connect with each guest, no more than 10 guests (including yourself) can participate in a Psychic Party. If additional guests would like to watch (but not participate), they are welcome to do so.

What do I need to have a Psychic Party?

Psychic Party takes place in an internet browser, you do not need any special equipment or software. Psychic Party works best in the Chrome browser, and we recommend downloading Chrome ahead of your party.

Can I have a session for less than 1 hour?

Psychic Parties can only be booked for one hour. If you end the video call early, you will still be billed the full amount at your Advisor's rate.

Do party guests need to be registered Keen users?

No, but we'd love for them to register so that they can continue to have readings with their Psychic Party Advisor in the future!  Please note that all Psychic Party participants (and Keen users) must be 18 years or older, and our Advisors cannot provide readings to minors.

Why can’t I request an appointment in less than 48 hours?

We require you to request an appointment 48 hours in advance to give your Advisor enough time to receive your request and approve or deny your booking. You cannot request a Psychic Party for a date and time less than 48 hours from now.

Why do I get an error after trying to join my video call?

You may be unable to connect with your Advisor if we are unable to charge your payment method. Please click “Edit Payment Method” to review or change your payment method. If you do not update your payment method within 5 minutes of your Psychic Party start time, you will be unable to join your video call.

I never joined my Psychic Party but I was still charged.

You are billed the full amount at your Advisor's rate if you do not show up to your booked and confirmed Psychic Party. If you joined your video call but the session ended before the full duration because of technical issues, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
