Psychic Party Program Policy

Effective Date: September 21, 2024

Please read this policy carefully. By accessing or participating in the Keen Psychic Party Program (Collectively, the “Program”), you agree to the requirements outlined in this Policy and all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these requirements, do not participate in the Program. 

1. Program Overview: Held over video, Psychic Parties provide a unique one-hour experience that gives a Keen user and up to ten (10) guest participants the opportunity to ask questions, get insights, and interact with an experienced Psychic. 
   
   
2. Eligibility: A guest invite to participate in the Program can be shared via email with any individual who consents to receive an invite email, is eighteen (18) years of age or older, and is a legal resident of the United States.
   
   
3. General Terms: You and your invited participants agree to comply with the following requirements in this policy related to the Psychic Party Program. Without limiting any other remedies Keen may have, Keen may immediately terminate access to this Program and your Keen.com account(s) if Keen determines, in its sole discretion, that you or your participants have violated any of the following:

1. 1. There is a limit of ten (10) friends you may refer under the program who must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy. When you invite your guest, you must disclose that they will receive an invitation via email. 
   2. You may not attempt to invite guests by providing names of people you don't know, sending unsolicited emails, posting on sites in a manner that violates the terms of use of those sites, or by providing false information.
   3. Keen may impose limits on how many invites may be shared by an individual, as well as how frequently those invites may be shared. Coupons may not be given if those limits are exceeded.
   4. Keen reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any participant who tampers with the operation of the Program.
   5. Participants of this Program will not conduct or transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, privacy invading, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, racist, harmful, or otherwise objectionable communications or material of any kind. You will respect the privacy of others and will not attempt to obtain the personal contact information of other participants through the Program. 
   6. Participants of this Program will not seek services prohibited by the Keen User Services Rules Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, legal, medical, investment, gambling or lottery advice or predictions. 
   7. If the Program is terminated early as a result of a violation of these requirements by you or your participants, Keen reserves the right to retain the full cost charged to the User’s account.
