Session-based Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. We understand that sometimes schedules change unexpectedly. Please take note of our appointment cancellation and rescheduling policy:
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: You have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your confirmed appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any charges.
- Late Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your confirmed appointment within the 2-hour window, your account will be charged the full session fee.

Missed Appointments: If you are unavailable at your scheduled appointment time and fail to reschedule within the 2-hour window, your account will be charged the full session fee.
- Calls: If your confirmed appointment is for a call session, we will make up to 3 attempts to contact you at the provided number. If you are unavailable to take the scheduled call, your appointment will be canceled, and the full session price will be charged. Please ensure your contact number is correct before your appointment to avoid missing the session.
- Video: For confirmed video sessions, you will have a 5-minute window to join the session. If you fail to join the video session within this time frame, your account will be charged the full session fee.
- Payment: Please note that charges are applied only once your appointment session has begun.
- Coach Cancellations: In the event that your coach cancels a scheduled appointment before the confirmed time, your account will not be charged.
